Account Creation & Security
- Each user may open only one account.

- Accounts may be closed if false or misleading information is provided.
- Identity documents may be requested for account verification.
- Login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.
- Accounts must not be shared with or used by third parties.
- Suspected unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
- Using a strong password is mandatory.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Each user must comply with the following:
- Any fraudulent activity on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized attempts to access other users’ accounts are not permitted.
- Use of bots, automated software, or any automated systems is prohibited.
- The platform’s normal operations must not be disrupted.
- Exploiting system errors or technical issues is strictly prohibited — users must report any such incidents to 306 immediately.
- The platform must not be used for money laundering or any illegal financial activities.
Violation of any of the above may result in 306 suspending or permanently closing your account and confiscating the relevant balance.
Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals
- All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
- Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Deposits must meet the minimum amount requirement.
- Deposits should be credited to your account immediately; if there is any delay, please contact support.
- Withdrawal requests are processed after verification.
- Identity verification may be required on first withdrawal.
- It is recommended to use the same method for deposits and withdrawals.
- Incomplete or incorrect information may delay withdrawals.
306 reserves the right to verify any transaction. Transactions may be declined if payment details do not match the account information. All tax or duty liabilities are the sole responsibility of the user.
Responsibility, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
306 is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, server failures, or third-party issues. Any financial loss from betting or gaming is the user's own decision. The platform does not guarantee any financial gain.

Account Policy, Terms Updates & Applicable Law
